The water fountain
Filtered water, still or sparkling.
A Castalie fountain plumbed into the mains, filtering the water on site and serving it still, chilled or sparkling, as much as you like. No bottles to store, no packs to carry, no plastic to put out every week.
It stands on the walnut sideboard, between the lounge and the football table. And you drink from actual glasses — filtered water doesn't belong in a disposable cup.

Business fibre, one gigabit per second.
A 1 Gbit/s business fibre line, not a consumer deal shared with the neighbourhood. In practice: video calls don't drop, files go up as fast as they come down, and nobody waits behind the person uploading a video.
Wi-Fi access points in the ceilings cover the whole building, from the vaulted cellar to the terrace. You don't lose the network on the way up to the roof, and you don't hunt for the floor that works: it is the same network everywhere, and it follows you.
